“If it was not for Georgia I would have went with another company as I was Continually cut off and not called back. 3rd time blessed as although lengthy process Georgia was helpful, sincere and determined to sort out our Insurance.”

“I was advised by Georgia. She was immensely helpful, professional and competent. The whole process went well when dealing with a person, unlike online where i couldn't complete the renewal. To date, i have had no problems with RCIB. I suppose I will know better when an issue with the policy arises but if they deal with contentious issues as Georgia handled my case, I will be very happy.”

“Very satisfied customer as all my queries were answered. I wanted to check my renewal quote. I had to ask for some answers to be repeated as the agent rattled them off. On the whole, very pleased.”
