“Not only did Konal explain the process to me clearly (this was my first time renewing any insurance) he did it politely and without complaint. He was patient with me asking questions and the quick pick up time also helped! Ultimately however, the key winner here is that a promise was kept that meant my insurance has dropped by a significant amount which adds credibility to your company! I will be recommending you to all my friends when their renewal dates come around. One very happy Customer!”
