“I spoke to Charles, was a pleasure all round, efficient, friendly and professional, great to speak to someone who doesn't sound like a robot and can build and maintain a good raport throughout. Kudos to the company too for giving your staff the freedom to be themselves, it makes a huge difference from a customer prospective to speak to someone who's themselves rather than completely scripted (understand some information has to be). back to Charles, fantastic, company should listen to his call and give him credit for a great customer experience, should be training your new advisors. would give him 10/10 but as he supports Liverpool feel there is some improvement to be made in his judgement so giving 9.75 / 10. thanks very much, will call again on next renewal”
