“I have had a lovely call with Arnold yesterday iam happy with my quote for car insurance and pleased to stay with your company as iam happy this can be done and I don't have to shop about for days on end finding insurance I got what I wanted straight away from one phone call”

“excellent prompt pickup on the phone, and transferred quickly to member of staff who dealt with my insurance application and payment superbly. all done in no time at all and as promised documents sent to me via email. much better telephone experience than previous ones where you are kept on infinate hold, and passed around the switchboard in an infinate, infinity fornext loop. thankyou Constantina, for your help top marks regards a.turner”
