“Was initially a bit wary after seeing negative reviews, but anyone in business will tell you, there's the lead in price to get you through the door, yeah it changed a bit, I expected it to, but was still cheaper than anywhere else, so can't complain”

“was promised a callback after 7.20pm at home, was not made, instead had multiple missed calls between 1.30-3.30pm at home when the individuals spoken to had mobile numbers for both policy holder & the person who paid for the policy. had to call in to confirm all details after already providing them online”

“Georgia was very polite and helpful and did her best to get me the best possible policy, which wouldn't have been easy as I haven't driven for a couple of years! I think the company needs to invest in the resources for having a speedier answering policy as I had to wait excessively long time to speak to an adviser. More Georias please!”
