“I wasn't really to happy im on benefits and I have had them stopped and I try sorting out the rest of the money I owed and the man I spoken to was very rude and tried arguing with me”

“A very pleasant gentleman. A little pressurising with questions as I struggled to remember information which eventually skyrocketed my insurance premiums... Not so great! Overall a lovely dude who helped me get the necessary done x”

“Your operative Quam had such a strong accent, as well as speaking extremely fast that I had to ask him to repeat every phrase and question he spoke. I was kept waitng on the line before speaking to Quam for 10 minutes in total, and you telephoned me!!”
