“Realtair is great to show surrounding sales. The only negative is getting prices from Zango, there are so may that come up as priced undisclosed. It would be really good if somehow those prices could be displayed, not worth showing as a comparable.”

All the data we get is from 3rd party websites (Core logic or Price Finder)so, unfortunately, there is no way for us to pull through the most recent or up-to-date. We only pull was is given to us by the data providers. We do provide a filter so you can pull through more recent data, I hope that helps you. If you need some support please reach out to the team.

“Very frustrated we are paying a priemiam price plus Realtair, we enjoy the product but we are very poorly ranked on realestate.com and other agents are constantly marketed appraisals!!!!”
“Product works as stated, however the integration of CRM does not. We were advised at the start that our CRM would have a full integration with realtair without having the need to double enter data and also to keep a full track record of what is being sent out with tasks that can be generated. This is not at all what is happening. There is no integration to the "Pitch" product which is what we signed up to. The team needs to be a little clearer in what can be integrated and what cannot.”

“It's a great idea but the program is so glitchy it's terrible to work with. You change the template, publish it, then go to your campaign and update the changes to the template and they don't feed through. It also loses pages. I have a client waiting on a proposal, it's dropped the pricing page off the campaign, it's now after hours in the Eastern State so I have no support - I'm really upset with it.”
