I am using District line which must be the worse when it comes to delays. I wish I had been registered with this service sooner. Since I joined, the refund email notifications are pouring in. Totally recommend joining.

Before TFL increased the scheduled journey times on my route I used to claim several times a week. But now much less often and this service picks up the ones that can be claimed and first I know is an email advising the claim is in progress. Great service.

If there was more stars then 5 Stars then I would have rated Reeclaim with that. I did not even know that after suffering horrible Tune journey, I can get refund for delays. I read about Reeclaim on MSE site. I signed up, had doubts. Did not know how will it work. But hey, within a week, I started seeing refund coming in to my account. I use District line and its the worst and alway late Tube. I have recommended and actually forced Friends and Families to sign up on Reeclaim. This was one of the best decision I took. All you need to do is have an account on TFL site and Your Oyster or Contactless card needs to be registered on the TFL site. Then go go Reeclaim and authorise Reeclaim to connect with your TFL account. You do not even have to remember when your journey was delayed. I forgotten about it and started seeing Refund coming in. Should have signed up long time ago but better late then never eh!

With no effort from myself apart from signing up, reeclaim automatically applied for a refund for a journey I took a few days ago. I can't recall the delay, but I'm very pleased to get a refund of Ā£3.3! Thanks

Effectively collects all your refund amounts, and pays direct to your account within 7 days. Really, there are no reasons to not sign-up.

Thank you to the Reeclaim team. I don't have to do anything at all - they monitor any delays automatically and every now and then I receive an e-mail advising me of a refund for my delayed journey. It's brilliant.
