“This is one of the best Apps ever, after a quick set up, I was unsure if it would work, but after a couple of weeks, I received an alert to declare a credit had been issued. While I'd prefer the Underground operated with fewer points failures, defective trains, this App is superb.”

“Registered with Reeclaim a while ago - very easy to do. Had rather forgotten I had done so until "out of the blue" I received a delay refund which I would ever have thought of claiming. Most impressed. Would definitely recommend”
