“Initial registration was so quick. Refunds are automatically done, it’s brilliant. I know when I am delayed I don’t have to worry about remembering station stops / times etc. Really happy I registered”

“I have had quite a few refunds that I wouldn't have bothered with or wasn't even aware I was entitled to. Reeclaim do everything and is an essential no brainer as far as I am concerned.”

“A fantastic service that can be trusted. I woudn't trust any of the TFL staff to refund my money if there was a delay. Its a long and winded process trying to get through to them. Reeclaim has stepped in and provided a great service. Let's hope it continues.”

“I have used Reeclaim for a few months now and found it the service to be extremely useful. Very simple to register and link your Oyster card (in my case). Everything else is automatic Reeclaim just process refunds for verified train delays on my behalf.”
