“Service was great, scans came back nicely, and the personalised video was a nice touch. I live in the UK and my local lab develops and scans a little cheaper and faster and I don’t have to pay extra for higher resolutions so that is the only reason this is a 4 and not a 5.”

“Scans came back a bit strange this time, lots of brown tones across many of the rolls. Not sure if that was a development issue (bad fixer?) or improper exposure on my side (this did happen across two different medium format cameras). Or both! However, I will continue to use Reformed as they have the best service, quick turnaround, and very fair pricing across the board. Thus is film life! I will send some more rolls in soon and update my experience then!”

“This was my first time using reformed film lab and I was so impressed with everything about them. I send my photos in from Texas and I got them back very quick and in gorgeous quality! I also got updates almost everyday and even a video message it was so awesome for them to take time out of their day to tell me that they received my prints. “Love how I can get the files on my phone and can opt-in for getting prints sent to me as well. The prints are more paper quality than the typical Walgreens print you may be expecting. A lot of the pictures didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped but it could definitely be my fault as well. Overall, I will keep coming back to RFL and am satsfied.”

“I sent some film to be processed and then got scans rather than a printed contact sheet. When I opened up the scans I was surprised to see how grainy they are. But I have not yet made a print so it could be that that negatives are just fine.”

“Great! to have a dedicated team developing, scanning AND selling film in North Florida. Great website, excellent communication (email), they have a good app, and the development and scans were good. Turn time was ok, 4-5 business days, and I have to pay to ship to and from, so that gets a little pricier than I'd like. A mailer with one shipping rate for a round trip (film sent, negatives returned) would be great. Tried to call to check on something, and there wasn't a phone listing. So that was a little inconvenient, but they are responsive via email”
