“I started taking an Apple A Day tablets some time ago after stumbling across them. I suffer from lower back pain (end plate sclerosis, curvature and an extra back segment as I understand it), which extends into pain through my hips. My hips were in so much pain on a daily basis recently. I thought it would not hurt to give an Apple A Day a shot. Literally the next day the hip pain was gone (I will still have troubles with the back on and off as it is structural). I still get a little bit of hip pain here and there, but nothing like what I was getting before an Apple A Day. I also did not get sick for about a year even though I have kids in school who are constantly bringing bugs home. Highly recommend giving an Apple A Day a go!”
