“ Placed an order yesterday and received an email back giving me bank details to pay into which i promptly did - no acknowledgement of funds paid received- ignored all of my emails asking for confirmation of receipt of funds despite website stating PFD copy emailed the following day. I sent them a email complaining and received an email back stating "were not doing it, send bank details for refund" Completely unprofessional and definitely best to avoid this outfit! Will keep you updated if refund ever turns up which I doubt! ”
