“I have received a banner that has a duplicate imprint map overlayed on the image that creates a duplicate peering out from behind and resulting in duplicate titles and identifications.”

“We received the banner. We were very excited about it. The graphic turned out grainier than expected (this error could have been on our end due to graphic quality but it looked great in the rendering). What really is disappointing is that the banner tore down the middle the first time it was allowed to roll back into the case. It is now unuseable.”

“I was disappointed that the logo was fuzzy although I sent a higher resolution photo as requested. I ordered two banners at the same time and one had a fuzzy logo and the other one didn't.”
