September Last year, i had invested in a company introduced by my online romance partner, only to find out that i was being played and never going to receive anything from them. “Overall, we switched to reviews.io a few years ago from stamped. Their website had a special offer where you should get access to their Instagram and a bunch of integrations. I even took a screenshot of the sales page. Once I signed up, things were difficult, and I had to fight with customer service to get access. Then when they changed plans, access was taken away. Originally we were on Magento, and the integration flat out sucks. Many of the things the sales team promised were not available on shopify. The transition took a while and customer service is excellent at dragging things out. I am glad I exported all of our reviews just in time, because they only let you export data when you are on a paid plan. The reviews.io widget slows down the site. We have switched to rapidreviews, and are glad we did. Load times are faster, requests are lower, and cost is much lower.”
