“First of all, I want everyone to know that although I just began dealing with this company today, the moment I developed a problem using their site, they immediately dropped everything to help me. I can't even remember the last time a company cared so much for a *potential* customer (because remember, I hadn't even bought anything yet) that they redirected all of their energy so that this one possibly future customer could access their website accurately. And THEN, as if that weren't enough, the individual I dealt with was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. With his/her help, I was eventually able to figure out the problem and we got it fixed right away. However, I also got the feeling that if we *hadn't* gotten it fixed right away, the company would have tried other ways of communicating with me until my needs were met. That's the high calibre of company with which we're dealing here. Needless to say, by the time we'd figured out the problem so that I was able to use their website without difficulty, I was very inclined to do my shopping there, so I did. And somehow, I just seem certain that my product will be very high quality and will be delivered quickly. And if for some dark and mysterious reason it isn't, I trust that I can contact this company and they will rectify the situation immediately. I tell you, it doesn't happen often that you get a really good feel for a company just by exchanging a few emails, but it happened today and I wouldn't be surprised if I were a customer here for years to come. So thank you very much to this company - you've made a believer out of me in a remarkably short time! :)”
