William from RMS was extremely kind and helpful. I initially ordered the stronger Oasis Tablets but as I am moving I suddenly realised that if I had ordered the Oasis 1000 tablets I would be able to use the remaining 180+ tablets to purify the water collected in a water butt at my new property. It's on the "mains" but this seemed a good idea in case of water shortages or strikes, or war etc. Natalie advised me NOT to use them if water is contaminated by any type of nuclear or chemical warfare as the Chlorine would react with other chemicals and be dangerous!
I quickly emailed RMS and requested that they cancel my order so that I could replace the order for an order for the weaker Oasis 1000 tablets. William must have cancelled the order immediately as the refund was back in my credit card account the very same day!
I live in an extremely remote location where the Couriers save up orders even when sellers pay for specific delivery timescales. I am in the process of selling two properties so I needed the Chlorine Tablets very urgently. I therefore asked William to send my order by Royal Mail who are the ONLY company who provide a reliable delivery in my extremely remote area. He was very happy to oblige despite the fact that I believe this was rather inconvenient for him.
I received my order the very next day which is brilliant considering where I live!
William went above and beyond to assist me and refunded my original order with no problems at all. Quality service is rare these days but RMS were certainly the best!
