“Customer support is virtually nonexistent. Whenever I had issues or questions, I was met with silence or generic responses that did not address my concerns. It was clear that they had no intention of providing real assistance. The most distressing part of my experience was the withdrawal process. RoboForex made it extremely difficult to withdraw my funds. They imposed unreasonable delays, asked for excessive documentation, and created numerous obstacles. It felt like they were deliberately trying to keep my money. There is a severe lack of transparency in their operations. Hidden fees and charges were a constant issue, depleting my account without clear explanations. This lack of transparency made it difficult to trust anything they said. “Please everyone should be careful and stop being deceived by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $1,000,000 (1 million dollars) of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money.
