Disgraceful service!!! Took our 4 small children out for a meal. The lady (considering herself as the manager) was appalling. Shop was empty when we arrived. She managed to service ALL customers including delivery whilst our children waited 45min. We had to keep asking if the food was ready since everyone else after us seemed to have been served.. we decided to leave and asked for our money back. She tried to plead with us and inform us that other customers ordered online. Which was an absolute lie!! Even two gentlemen spoke up and told staff it was disgrace that adults were served before children who arrived FIRST!!
The only female staff working there needs either replacing or serious training!!
I WILL NOT be attending again!! If you have small children STAY AWAY!”
