We have been paying to insure our phones/tablets for the last six months only to find out they are not actually insured because they are more than 12 months old. This information is hidden in the fine print and it should have been made very clear to customers upfront. Thanks for not giving me a refund you are an awful company!

Be very careful with the terms and conditions. You can not make a claim before 14 days, if you do it will be rejected and you won't get a refund(not even a partial refund) if you decide to cancel your policy. You lose your money for nothing!

Do not go with them. They have too many hidden charges which you are not made aware of when joining them. I was not told about excess fees and more fees on top if you make a claim in the first 3 months. They then said they could cancel my policy WITHOUT a refund, even though it's been under a month and they did nothing about my claim! There is no transparency, they are utter cheats!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I advised that I was 6 months into a policy I had paid for in full and was advised that I was not due a refund as I'd made a claim (WHICH THEY HADNT PAID!!!).

took two payments in one month then took over 1 hour on 3 calls to sort out only to be told that I would get a refund by cheque. BUT 6 weeks later still waiting... YOU cant pay by cheque BUT they can ???? and guess what they did not pay :( policy now cancelled. my advice to anyone using this company CHECK your statements

Paid for policy for the year upfront - DO NOT DO THIS! put in a claim - they rejected it as they don't unsure items over 6 years old and they won't give me a refund as I've made a claim even though they haven't paid out.

Don't go near this company accidentally damaged my tv 17days after taking the cover out and they are accusing me of insurance fraud !! Cancelled my policy and won't refund the money I've already paid !! Disgusting

After making a full annual payment, they didn't insure because I didn't have a receipt and refused to give me a refund. Staff don't have a clue on what's going on and the customer care was not good

They will not even refund my premium & so the cover is useless.
