“I waited two weeks for a withdrawal to reflect in my bank account. The platform claimed the transaction was complete, but my bank confirmed no deposit was received, rejected, or even attempted. After a thorough investigation by both my bank’s fraud department and TRAZEVAULT.ORG, no trace of the transfer was found. Thankfully, with their help, I was able to recover my funds successfully.”

“Very bad customer service and disappointed at what should be a simple transaction that will have taken almost 2 months to complete. I lodged a complaint but Royal London were very arrogant and unhelpful. AVOID THIS VERY BAD COMPANY!”

“They look real and very serious until you give them a try. They will ask you for a ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired to do so. They suspended my withdrawals as well as my balance of $150,000.
