“The rug arrived dead on time and it was beautiful couldn't be more chuffed. The service was first class throughout, advising me when it would be shipped and then giving me details when it would arrive also a 'phone call was thrown in just to check everything was a 1. Thank you all concerned, I will certainly be using your Company in the future. Norma Little South Wales.”

“Excellent service from the Rug store. I was kept informed on the progress of my order by email and it was delivered within 4 working days of placing the order . The rug looks fantastic (just as it did online, which isn't always the case with some suppliers) and is of a great quality at a great price.
