“excellent online service from RunnAuto parts but the service delivery by the transport company used by Run was very poor. They did not deliver the order saying noone was home when someone was home waiting for the delivery. Advised Run about this poor service and asked for any feedback and still waiting to here why this order was not delivered when someone was home !”

“Purchased front brake pads had a choice of a couple of brands both were priced well when compared to other places run auto parts were the cheapest for the exact brands. Run auto parts let me know soon as they were dispatched then the courier service advised me that they had picked them up. The courier service was slow with the delivery, took them 2 days, if they were coming from interstate I would understand but they weren't. It's not the fault of run auto parts its the courier service that took there time delivering. I recieved them at 6pm 2 days after they were picked up”
