“This was the second parts order I have placed. First order was sent within 2 days of being placed and sent by Startrak couriers, being received 3 days later (In regional NSW). Can't fault the service. Second order was shipped the same day as being placed(excellent service) but this time was sent by Aramex couriers. Order was picked up on 22nd August and sat in Melbourne until 26th August. Aramex tracking system is woeful and could not find out were shipment was until finally it stated onboard for delivery, with parts received on 2nd Sept. Run Auto Parts service is excellent but on this occasion was let down by the courier. My suggestion is you ditch Aramex couriers in the future.”
“Using Aramex as your shipping agent is your mistake, much better using AUSpost. My package has stayed in Adelaid for 5 days, and no updates from them. I needed this part for a repair and had to buy another part elsewhere because I could wait any longer. I actually bought and recieved parts from the USA quicker than Melbourne WTF”
