“The delivery was not overnight as promised. When my order finally arrived it was HOT. I contacted customer service and they said this was fine to refrigerate it. I had concerns because the box said product may arrive warm. Well I have been on this and I gained two pounds. I don’t think it is viable. I would not recommend this service. I paid for 3 months and now I have 3 vials that are worthless due to poor handling.”
