“Shipping has always taken awhile when I’ve bought from Ryderwear in the past, but this time was even longer. When I finally got my order, I received two different sizes of the shorts I ordered that should have been the same size. They both fit ok so I’m going to keep them rather than deal with a returns process.”
“Shipping took a while compared to other companies I've bought from. Also, no communication on the status of my return and no information in my account on the website. Had to pay for return label, other companies I've bought from I didn't have to.”
“I'd love the tights much more if the printing were sublimated dye instead of screen printing because this doesn't "breath" and gets really sweaty and gross.”

“Great products, poor support. No phone contact and very slow email response. Quite frustrating to wait nearly a week for an email reply, then when the email doesn't full answer the questions, you have to wait another week. Its fairly poor that you cant call and have a chat about products and sizing. The fall back of this is the customer has to return items at extra cost, because no one is available to discuss sizing and via email it takes two weeks to send a few emails back and forth and get responses.”
“I was never contacted about where my order was it had plenty of time to get here for Christmas so I had to email about my order to ask when it would arrive and why I never got any shipping information it was because it never shipped yet it arrived on the 30th of December my order was payed for on December 5 . My wife does really like your leggings ! I also just placed another order today because she likes them so much”
“This is my first order from Ryderwear and I was so excited for it to come in. I’m absolutely in LOVE with the Reform set, fits perfectly and soo comfy!! The sports bras are really good quality and super cute too! However, the freestyle leggings I got already had a rip in the butt and the evolve leggings are very see through even though they are black. Shipping was a little slow, took 2 weeks for my order to come in. Overall, was satisfied with my order and will probably be ordering again!”
“Not a fan of the active wear .. very small make and not the best material - postage super slow - I would recommend paying the extra for them to express ship . Not a postage service delay , a delay in being packed and shipped from warehouse as per emails I received to advise me of this”
“I’ve ordered a few times and never had a problem however this time 1 pair of my leggings lasted all of 30 seconds had plenty of room in them as well, did the squat test and the scrunch basically fell apart”

“Item did not arrive in time after paying for 2 day shipping as I was traveling. Then, I paid another 40 to ups to get it to me before flying. It did not arrive. Now I have to pay international shipping to receive it. I will have paid for shipping more than the shoes.”
“Everytime I buy something from here, I always get charged twice. And it takes up to 2 weeks for the second charge to get refunded back. The clothes is great quality, but each shirt, stringer, hoodie should have an “expected fit” recommendation. I got all my clothes in XL and some were perfect, some were huge, some were way too tight. I’ll keep ordering because everything is super quality. Highly recommend.”
