“Website was easy to use, customer service(Colleen) was very good and quick to respond back. I had ordered a size too big on shoes and was replied to within 5 minutes. They said they don’t do returns on the outlet but this one time they would allow me to return for store credit which was perfectly fine since I just needed to get a size smaller. The only problem,which is everywhere, is shipping is taking forever. I’m ready to make everyone in my gym jelly AF!”
