The only reason for the 4 star review is I’ve never received a shipping or dispatch email from them and when you message them asking for your tracking number they don’t appear to know where it is. “I had to order 3 times because my order kept getting canceled after being confirmed. At costumer service they only said it happened sometimes for security reasons, but did not offer any solution or sent any links to repurchase. Had to go in and add everything to the cart one by one again The 3rd time I said "ok, this is the last time I try this" and I am glad that time the order did go through. The clothes are very good quality, comfortable and I love the way they fit. The only reason I give 4 stars is for that issue with the purchase process.”

“Affordable and easy purchase. The items arrived to NZ within 4 days of ordering! That's almost unheard of during this pandemic. The only negative was that there wasn't enough detail on the items when purchasing e.g. do the bras have removable cups? What materials? etc etc. Other than that, great experience.”
“Product shipped fairly quickly, and the customer service was acceptable. A word of caution, if you order from the US, make sure you get your order correct. The product I ordered (shoes) came much too small. They cost $150, and would have cost me over $250 just to return them. That's a separate issue, though.
