For me it’s the best training shoe I’ve ever worn, extremely light, durable and comfortable. I have a wide foot and these sneakers seem to fit the best. When I train legs I used to have to go barefoot but not anymore. The contour of the sole allows a lot of flex and makes it easy to feel your feet grip the floor on heavy leg days. For me that’s key.
