“Not likely to purchase again Bought 3 pairs of pants, two were the same size/style just different colours. Two entirely different sized pants arrived, the one that actually fit was see through. Ryder acknowledged the size difference, not transparency of other pants, and gave me a different pair. Was then hit with customs again. Not like to purchase again as it has now cost me $250CAD for 2 pairs of pants.”
“The color of these shorts are amazing. They pass the squat test. Cons: I’m pretty petite and was hoping the scrunch bottom would look flattering on my bottom but it looks a tad weird. These are pretty high waisted and there is a seam at the top of the shorts that I wish wasn’t there. I don’t have much fat but it makes what I have come out on the top. The do ride up, a lot!”
“Love the overall look and material choice. Nice pocket details. The major issue with these track pants is the extreme taper at the bottom that looks amazing once on but is the hardest piece of clothing to get on I have ever purchased. The pant leg is barely wide enough for an ankle and my feet (size 11) do not readily fit so it is a tug of war each time. I bought two pairs and it’s the same on both. Wouldn’t buy it again. The leg needs some kind of elastic or zip because this is not functional. Luckily, they look good once on but getting them off is just as much of a journey.”
“The items are extremely cute, however sizing is way off. I used the measurement charts, however fit was extremely small, I’d definitely order a size up in the sports bra and one to two sizes up in the scrunch bum.”
“Clothes took a while to be dispatched from the warehouse… when I received them, some had parts of the fabric over stretched and worn and other pieces had small stains on them. Quality is still amazing though, just disappointed with the mentioned”
“Nothing wrong with the price or quality of the products I purchased, my only gripe would be make sure you check to see if you can return or exchange before you buy. My two products were to big so I now have given them to a Taylor for altering. Very expensive pants ?”
“To compare with other brands like Live Fit, Vanquish, etc, your tracking system is very vague with little information. For instance, we should be able to know the name of the carrier so that we can contact the company to arrange the delivery date and time. Other than that, your service is good.”
“I loved the workout clothes and its material. They are very flattering. But I would just prefer for the items to come in one bag and not so many plastic ones. PLEASE. It is so bad for the environment and it makes me feel so guilty shopping in places as such.”
“Customer service poor. The shorts were to large. The scrunch does not sit up or part thr bottom.maybe a smaller size would but as a male who wears a size 12 these were more like a 16. Could not exchange”
“Love the brand, quality and designs! However the shipping costs to Canada are so steep. I can’t see myself placing another order as the shipping is almost as much as the product”
“I got 3 pairs of size small and only one fit me. So I sent back 2 pairs and got 2 medium. When I was putting them on they fit me better but as I pulled them up carefully the scrunch bum came undone. Very dissappointed because I do love these tights otherwise. It’s a shame that all size smalls arent the same size and the scrunch bum came undone just from putting them on. Not sure if I’ll buy here again unfortunately”
“I think the products are phenomenal, extremely high quality and great selection; when things are on sale its a no brainer at those prices. The only real issue I have is the shipping and speed of it. For international shipping they have 1 selection (3-5 business days), this in itself would be great, however it takes up to 5 business days to be processed, plus 3 business days or more for the carrier to pick it up, then the 3-5 business days to be delivered. So it is much closer to 12-15 business days all said and done. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if they made it clear in the shipping section about the added delays. This was after 5 separate orders. Slowest was 15 business days, shortest was 12 business days for delivery.”
“Due to lack of contact I cant give it any better then 3 star. I messaged 2 days after spending 150 bucks and getting express shipping knowing that my product would take longer to arrive. Thats not the issue the issue I've reached out to ask when my product would be mailed cause it hasn't been mailed yet and no response. I get that covid does impact the workforce but emailing can be done from anywhere you dont need to be at a physical jobsite for that.”
