“Software was cheaper than elsewhere. Downloaded very quickly, working within 10 minutes, No trouble converting to Windows 10. Hardcopy arrived within couple of days. Staff very good on phone help. No Problems at all”

“We paid extra for next day delivery and it didn't arrive. We tracked our order and it was not coming. We phoned and they'd not even packed it even then. It arrived next day.”

“Transaction was easy - digital delivery of Sage software meant that I was installing it within minutes of payment. Some confusion on my part regarding registering the new s/w with Sage was cleared up quickly and from start to finish I upgraded from Instant Accts 2013 to 2015 in about half an hour. And the DVD turned up in the post the next day. Good service, thank you.”

“I have received sage instant accounts quickly but as yet it wont install from either the CD or the download link. A bit disappointing, as I have all the correct system requirements. I have emailed Sp Jennings but as yet haven't had a reply. I hope they get in contact soon and sort it out.”

“We purchased the Accountancy package and downloaded at the time. Within Day 1 we had received the relevant codes via email and within 2 days we had received the CD Copy too. Very prompt service. Just have to learn how to use it now!”
