Questionnaire/PQQ is clear and straight forward to complete and assistance from the team to ensure correct documentation is submitted is great.
However, turnaround time to review and approve submitted accreditation is too long. The accreditation already costs a substantial fee and the pushing of an additional £150 cost for the 'express service' feels a rip off to extort more money from customers.
