“absolutely amazing! I dealt with Vivian Lott and Jodie Thomas who kept me informed and both very approachable and responsive on emails. A BIG special thank you to Samantha A.Travis honestly she almost made me feel like part of a team! so so helpful, thank you Sam for guiding me ever so carefully so I understood each part, you made the whole process so easy for me!”

“Really impressed with the customer support service - both the online chat, the email comms and the time spect with me on the phone. No complaints whatsoever - very grateful for all the help. The most frustrating part was the inability to be able to remove legacy docs from the portal - these had to communicated by chat/email and then removed on my behalf. Once submitted, the support and guidance received from the Team and the Auditor was fantastic. It was made very clear what information was still required or indeed and most informatively, why it was still required.”
