The sales rep provided excellent advice and support throughout. The customer service enabled me to make changes prior to installing which was great. Installation of my new door was on time and efficient. I an now the envy of the neighbourhood.

Good value but poor service.
After external vents not supplied had to call customer services 4 times (including 2 scheduled engineer visits that did not show up - and I had to get back to them to re-arrange) to get them to come back and fit \ cover up the holes left.
”
