my windows and doors are excellent,the two fitters were so polite and cleaned all mess up,only thing i still havent received my fensa certificates ,but rate service as excellent

Good product but a few issues that are currently not being resolved do not pay full invoice on completion customer service telephone number is a joke you cannot get through

Do not use this company there is no after sales service whatsoever with their customers and they told me they could not do anything with the problem.

The sales rep provided excellent advice and support throughout. The customer service enabled me to make changes prior to installing which was great. Installation of my new door was on time and efficient. I an now the envy of the neighbourhood.

Good value but poor service. After external vents not supplied had to call customer services 4 times (including 2 scheduled engineer visits that did not show up - and I had to get back to them to re-arrange) to get them to come back and fit \ cover up the holes left.
