“Good mix of snacks, all fairly healthy, nutritional content clear. Would prefer to be able to specifiy favourite and ones to include and which ones to leave out”

“At first I tried the skinny box, which was good. I liked the contents but some ot the snacks tasted like they had been opened and resealed when I got to them (i.e. not as fresh as they could be). I assumed this was because the small bags had been repacked from larger bags... I then swapped to the original box (because of the above), I figured I could just eat small amounts of the larger snack. Some of the contents (like the protein bars) I probably won't eat because they have a lot of sugar content / not natural ingredients, and not what I'd call a healthy snack. Having tried two different boxes, I'm now just weighing up where I want to go next with these boxes... (hope that helps) :)”

“It's great to have my own personal healthy nutritious little box of carefully selected goodies rather than relying on petrol station finds to keep me energised through the long night drives.? “I work long hours and when I am working late, skipping meals and missing out on sleep and exercise it is a huge relief to know I have healthy snacks on hand at the office, with someone else to read the label for me! It also means I can avoid the vending machine, and the inevitable sugar crashes it brings.”

“It makes it so much easier to snack properly throughout my training programme. When training for my Iron Man, it was such a hassle to search London for new snacks that would give me enough energy for my workouts. “I work from home and it?s a minefield. There?s always that chocolate bar lurking in the cupboard and for all my good intentions I never have a box of carrot sticks to hand. Which means a daily battle to not touch the chocolate. I usually lose! With Saviour I?m allowed to snack and I don?t get that mid-afternoon slump from sugar overload. I?ve seen my energy levels go up and my weight go down. The chocolate in the cupboard can do what it wants now ? I don?t need it!”

Whether it is to stave off my daughter's post-school hunger pangs, or keep me going during the baby's growth spurt feeding frenzy, there's always something deliciously guilt-free to munch on. “These boxes are quite literally a life-saviour for me (excuse the pun). I'm consulting in different places every day so knowing where to find any food, be it a vending machine or a coffee shop can be pretty time consuming and in truth I often just skip meals. I carry my box about for when I need a pick me up, perfect for between meetings (or a subtle munch on Skype calls?) or even on the tube. Knowing the options are healthy means one less thing to stress about in my week, I really don?t have time to be worrying about my diet!”
