“This is the second Schoffel garment I have bought. The style and quality are excellent. This time I had a little difficulty with my online order (my fault) but a phone call to Schoffel resolved the difficulty quickly and courteously. Delivery was quick.”

“Thank you for an easy ordering process. Text and email updates about delivery which arrived two days quicker than anticipated, next day. Packaging in branded box was the cherry on the cake. Fantastic service. Quality, authentic clothing for the countryside, that I love to wear. I usually support my local independent retailer, Templeton Jones, but as they didn’t carry this item I used the website.”

“The delivery was very prompt, but the sizing seemed wrong i.e. I had previously bought a size 12 for my wife and this was a size 14 for her mother, but it was too tight for my wife. My wife's size 12 bought only this year, has also come apart at the seam between the collar and the body, which suggests poor workmanship. I had to return the size 14 and ask for a replacement size 16”

“I've had a Marlborough Fleece Jacket for around 9 months now and while it looks very smart, and it is incredibly comfortable, I do not feel that the quality has been as high as my previous Schoffel purchases. Despite only seeing light wear, the knitted/textured outer material is covered in bobbles and loose threads and looks, quite frankly, tatty. I'm very disappointed with this purchase as my other Schoffel fleeces have worn very well.”
