“Slow response to email enquiry. Returns postage cost to be paid by customer. For such a high quality clothing company these are disappointing, I would have expected better customer service to be honest.”

Hello Caroline Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your email enquiry was not responded to quicker. I can assure you that we do aim to respond to all email enquiries as quick as we can, due to the Christmas period we are busier than usual and can take longer than usual. For this I apologize. Returns are currently to be paid by the customer, however we do offer free delivery over £150, and do not charge to resend out an exchange. “The site was easy to use and the parcel arrived when you said it was. I was particularly impressed that anything bought from 1st November could be exchanged during January - just what I needed to hear as my our have is a Christmas present for my son. Very impressed, thank you”

“Parcel Force delivery was very poor. I eventually had to contact them via tracking no. to find out why goods had not been delivered, they made a second attempt, today, 1st December, with the delivery man hardly speaking English, saying "I can't find this place". It is not difficult, at worst enquire at the post office. The jerkin looks good, I hope it fits my son!”
