“We had an issue with delivery by Royal Mail - Max from Seed Revolutio was great - he followed up the tracking of our order, immediately updating us on the delay - a problem with Royal Mail Depo. He then arranged for a replacement orde to be sent - this we received within 48 hours followed by the original order.
