I contacted Sellvia support when one of my customers reported a missing item. The agent asked for the order number, checked the shipment, and explained what likely happened. They even suggested a quick solution for my customer. It only took about 30 minutes, and I appreciated that they stayed helpful instead of giving a generic reply.

I had to contact Sellvia support once because one of my listings wasn't syncing properly.
