“Purchased a mug which was stated as being 11oz ceramic. It was9 1/2 oz stoneware. I complained and was refused return details or a contact name and was told "I don't want to argue over a mug" by the company representative. You would be better off at Poundland and at least you can have a person and a refund. Avoid at all costs!! I am so angry that I feel the need to let people know via every medium.
