“I wear a size 10 which was the size I ordered and received. Unfortunately the lining effectively reduced the wearable size for me so I have inserted shoetrees to stretch them. I have increased the tension gradually in the hope of being able to wear them.”

“So I wrote this review on a Friday night at 22:30pm and instantly have a reply in my mailbox asking me to return the slippers and expect to receive a new pair. Extraordinary customer service and I wish I could take down the previous review, but can’t find a way to do that.”
