“the quality is absolutely top notch ...very pretty slippers n ive been after proper slippers for a long time with this amount of quality so ill definitely will reorder ...but i had a gripe they sent the beautiful slippers in a tatty box ...falling apart box that they retaped n just looked shocking so i had to remake the box by strengthening it with cardboard so i could wrap for gift so this was unacceptable but thankfully the slippers inside were in great condition but they shouldn't be doing naughty tricks like that but ill forgive this once n defo re order ....”
