“I ordered 2 pairs of slippers. At first I only received one. I received a swift response when I enquired as to where the second pair was and the company sent the second pair straight away. The slippers are well finished and comfortable.”

“Prompt service but one slipper came with a black smudge on the back of it :-( Was a Christmas present for my wife so didn't have time to return it.”

“I ordered a pair of sheepskin slippers for my husband but too small so wished to return and exchange. It was most frustrating to not have a returns label enclosed but would have to print one off. All very well if you have a printer but we do not. I was sent a label but it took about a week to arrive due to Xmas rush. Even now I don’t know if they have been returned or if the replacement slippers are available and if and when we will receive them. Please DO include a returns label to ensure a swift return”

“Whilst the garment and the service overall are excellent. I was very disappointed having spent a not inconsiderable amount of money, to receive the garment stuffed into a cardboard box and wrapped in a flimsy plastic cover. The least I would have expected was the order to arrive in a proper garment cover and a suitable cat hanger, which I have received in the past for much less expensive items.”

“My sheepskin slippers were exactly what I wanted and mt communication with Sheepskin World was good. But there were 2 issues: 1) Royal Mail delivery was exceedingly slow; 2) Sheepskin World advised some sort of Royal Mail ref. no. as a tracking number which clearly it wasn't. Nevertheless, I would be happy to place an order again in the future.”

“Product arrived within a couple of days on standard delivery. Was as described and of good quality. Fitted well. Only downside was that the photo on the web site was a different colour to what I received.”
