“Purchased a pair of Emma' Sheepskin Slipper Mule slippers for my wife. They came up slightly too small and were returned for the next size up. Free returns, no fuss replacement and a new size sent within their timeframe. The slippers are well made and extremely warm. She's happy with them. I would suggest a size up from your normal. I would highly recommend this company.”
