“I ordered Ava sheepskin slipper boot colour mink size 4. Sadly they were too small, so I sent them back, free of charge, ordering size 5 instead. In one week the replacement slippers arrived and they fit perfectly. The slippers are well made and beautifully soft. Full marks!”
