“Bought size 11 mens slippers. Tried them on and they were too big. Same day returned them and asked for a size 10. I heard nothing fora week so called them. A very harassed lady could find no trace of my return, but explained they were very busy. Explained that my feet were very cold. 10 days later my size 10's arrived. They are excellent, customer service is poor. I could have bought them from other suppliers! They must realise that Mail Order is a very competitive world! The SLIPPERS are excellent. John”

I’m sorry your return took so long, we’re seeing cases in some parts of the country where Royal Mail are taking their time to deliver parcels. I feel we could do better in keeping people updated though, so I’ll look into a system where customers can see their return booked in and updated again when replacements are sent back out. We are very busy at the moment but orders are going out within a couple of days and returns are processed in the same timeframe.

I’m sorry this has happened. It sounds like the stitching wasn’t finished off correctly causing the seam to come apart. Please do return them via our free returns and we’ll replace like for like

“Lovely warm slippers that were delivered very promptly. Didn't give quite full 5 Star as some stitching came undone on one of them 1st time I put them on and I don't really have time to deal with returning them for an exchange. I will try and repair them myself when I get a moment.”
