goods quality not as described on online catalogue. it stated rubber soles but they’re plastic.
returns procedure is proving distressing - too complex and as i have no printer or cellphone
as at today not yet able to return. had to phone and ask for a label a week ago, still waiting for it.

right boot was faulty and stitched on to sole at an angle, hence did not stand upright and was for me, unwearable.returned for full refund.shame because they were well made otherwise but quality control not up to much as it was clearly visible before i tried them on.no returns label included.

Ordering ok but unfortunately received wrong colour /size slippers which I had to return. Have yet to see how efficient customer service is regards returns and reimbursement of my payment.

Product is good, however for some reason I got charged twice when I contacted to cancel (same day) I was told I couldn’t and had to take delivery of 2 pairs and then send them
Back to refund... I don’t have the time to mess about with returns so I’m now stuck with 2 pairs of slippers.
