“I eventually ordered new slippers as my favourites were lethal. Not a fan of on-line shopping, I like to try things, but ordered my usual size 11s. When they came they were too small but I found the whole returns and replacement (size 12) process remarkably simple, effective and efficient. Many Thanks.”

“Lovely warm boots! Great for work outdoors! I bought two pairs I liked them so much. Very impressed with the sturdy sole. Wearable and durable but still look fab with a pair of jeans. Great value for money. Love them!”
