“Brilliant service.Order arrived early.Well packaged with return labels.Email received following day saying refund was in place. Only downside...Refund takes 5_7 working days!!”

“I have returned shoes. The system and the shoes were quality but unfortunately the design was not appropriate for my feet perculiarities . I'm disappointed! Hey !ho!”

“I have returned my orders due to sending me a wrong size. I ordered Uk size 7.5 but they sent me a size 8, I am still waiting for my order, otherwise the service it fantastic.”

“Good prices for brand new original shoes. Quick delivery abroad. However shoeboxes where poorly packed, thus came dented. Shoes ramained intact, but still orders sent abroad should be packed better. I need to return part of the order (didn't fit), so I will check how easy it realy is. Overall I definately recomend this shop. I know I will come back for more bargain.”

“This is the first time I've used Shoefish. I did have a couple of issues with my order, however my experience of Shoefish customer service via phone and email was excellent. I would recommend Shoefish and use them again.”

“I was very pleased. The website is easy and convenient even for a first time user like me, and I got the delivery in 5 days (to Israel!). The only problem was and still is- you are no longer shipping to Israel!!! One of the shoes I bought was small and I tried to order another pair, but I have been told that it is no longer possible. I was very sorry to hear that, especially after I recommended your site to all of my friends. Hope you will start shipping shoes to our direction again soon!!!”
