I was very disappointed to order a pair of butterfly twists glitter flip flops and have a non glitter version arrive. When queried they don’t stock the glitter despite showing the picture as the item in stock on the website. It has now been changed but I now have the hassle of returning them to obtain a refund.

uk which is clearly untrue, I was offered a partial refund and when I demanded my money back in full they stopped replying to my messages, my bank returned the money to me in the end, avoid like the plague is my advice.

We have ordered pink shoes just before holidays, hoping to receive them with the next day delivery in time for our travel. Shoes arrived a week later and they were blue. Had to return them and the seller didn't refund the delivery. Won't order again.

I paid for next day delivery and did not recieve the goods until the day after.
I have emailed on several ocassions to request a refund for my next day delivery charge.
Pleaase note my contract was with you and not the carriers
I do hope to hear back from someone..

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I must do it!, I purchased a pair of timberland boots and a short time after one of the stitches came loose I know timberland are made extremely durable so called shoe store sent in photos etc agreed to refund due to no longer in stock so sent boots back then this is where the problems start! Took weeks for them to acknowledge they have received them then after many phone calls a manager think he's name is Ian stated are you serious it's just a stitch! This got my back up straight away he stated he would call me back Never calls back and lies about being in meetings etc swore down the phone at me and stated my order is a ball ache! Now saying he has returned to timberland would call me back by the end of the day it has however been another 4 days! Whole process about 6 weeks so far and still no closer to resolution!, please be extremely careful with this unprofessional company! I will now be commencing legal action in the next 48 hours
